I was taking my friend to the CSO on Friday night and made a reservation for an early dinner. Our server wad very helpful with making sure we could get on our way downtown in good time. I was really looking forward to some good seafood, but I was very disappointed. I ordered the grilled Mahi Mahi and it was as dry as a bone -- so overcooked -- almost inedible. The jasmine rice side was also perfectly dry and perfectly plain. Not good!! On the other hand my friend like her fish and chips and said the fish was nice and moist. I was jealous.

Bang bang shrimp didn't have any coating. That had all fallen off but surrounded the shrimp. Was curious and asked when they changed the dish, and was told lots of people ordered it so they dropped multiple orders at the same time, and that's why the breading had fallen off. Couldn't believe the expo allowed it to leave the kitchen that way. The server didn't run the dish, but did offer to take it off. My steak was very rare instead of medium rare, and my wife's salmon was very well done. Used to be a very consistent place, so disappointed at the locations drop in quality. Maybe just went on an off night, but it wasn't what we were used to when we went years ago.

I normally like what I get at bonefish grill. This time. I deviated and tried something new. Big mistake. This salmon was not what I expected. It was dry and just had little flavor. The customer service was excellent and the atmosphere is excellent also.
Everything was delicious from the starter of bread and oil, egg rolls, salad, burger, shared fish option. Our server was delightful.

I’m so impressed with Bonefish Grill. I stopped in on a Monday for $5 martinis and margaritas. The blueberry lemon drop was so good. I also had the potstickers which were on their social hour menu. I love that they have that daily from 4-630! The shaved brussel sprouts salad was EXCELLENT! Don’t sleep on bonefish!!!

Went for my 4th tasting. This one was a wine pairing. I am not really a wine drinker, but each wine was really good. I was pleasantly surprised. My first tasting was excellent. The second and third, not so good. The drinks for bourbon tasting were excellent, the food, not so much. The drinks for the vodka tasting were way too sweet and the food was just ok. This last wine tasting reminded me of my first experience. Everything was excellent. Still one of my favorite restaurants. Can’t wait to do it again.

Interesting Character
Caleb, the front of house manager, goes out of his way to make sure everything is right at the end of the day. The other staff are great as well, Caleb is just who I happened to speak to. Thanks Caleb for helping fix what could have very easily been a sticky situation - will 100% recommend
