Visited this vendor this past Saturday. The banana pudding and carrot cake were delicious. Like many other posters have commented on here, the customer service is lacking. Three ladies behind the counter, one was completing a transaction as I walked up. The employee did not greet me and walked away. The other two employees just stood there and looked at me, again not greeting me. Finally the lady that was completing the previous transaction, asked me if I needed assistance. It definitely gave the vibe they did not want to be at work that day. Horrible customer service.

Extremely poor customer service. I asked for 6 small cannolis (which they hand fill at the time of order) and the short haired middle aged lady immediately rolled her eyes and went to go fill them. Like what even? Bakery items looked great but literally why be so rude to a customer.

I use to love this place I use to come here all the time in high school they always use to serve pasta , but it seems like lately they are never making hot pasta and the customer service seems very unfriendly at times . Very disappointing I miss how this place use too be

I came across this place from Google maps and decided to make a trip. Poor customer service. So I took my money elsewhere. Why would you just stand and look at shoppers who are trying to engage? And the woman claimed she knew nothing about the product I inquired about. Maybe I’ll try again when she isn’t at the counter. Because those baked goods looked scrumptious. Quality service first.

We stopped for fresh Anise pizelles made on Monday hat were very fresh on Thursday. What wonderful pastries that made our picnic.

Was going to get breakfast panini but while in the middle of ordering (with other people) was informed that was done. Would be nice to put that in their menu what time they stop serving that. Got the italian- it was good and filling! The staff was not great but everyone has bad days.

Not sure if under new management but this place use to be my familes favorite place to go for Pasta and Pastries at the Market.The pasta use to be great now it meh...SAD

I ordered a flatbread & wasn't overly impressed with either the service or the bland & largely flavorless pizza. Orders are submitted via a paper slip that you, as a guest, complete, before handing them off to the surly person behind the counter. 20-25 minutes later (on a weekday afternoon), your pizza should be almost ready, so head back to collect it. The crust was tasteless. Like Lunchables level. I went with typical mozzarella, marinara & pepperoni as the toppings & found it pretty bland until almost the very last bite. I doubt I'll be back anytime soon.

This place came highly recommended to me on a recent trip to Findlay Market. I just wanted to try something different and was curious about the brown butter sage sauce. I asked one of the employees what he would recommend to go with that sauce and he said normally it would be a ravioli they were out of but he also recommended the spinach noodles with it so I tried those. I asked for whatever size serving would be big enough for two and what I got was more than enough when we made it at home. The dish was super creamy goodness and I just kept coming back to it. They make all their own pasta fresh and it is absolutely worth checking out. I plan on going back and trying more things in the future.
