As a Chef, you are constantly on the move and stressed out! My therapy is in this place. The ice cream cone takes me back to a glorious time! I am stuck on this place!! The flavors are attractive fresh, and delicious. Okay, my favorite flavor is the Tahitian vanilla! I know so many outstanding things to choose from! I serve Dojo at all my Dinner parties. Do you want some Zen in a cone this place is it!
Findlay Market is filled with artisans that still adore the art of making life rich with their culinary talents. Dojo is one of these artisans, and its a marvel that in today's world of big food businesses--like Graeters and UDF, and countless others--one can still find a place like Dojo, where the person handing them the cone is the same person who made the ice cream.
