Just need to share about a DoorDash order I placed today. My food was quickly prepared by Ollie’s Trolly, but the DoorDash driver took a very long time to arrive. My delivery time was bumped back to be an hour late because of DoorDash. I actually got a call from Ollie’s letting me know that my food had been ready and that they also see the DoorDash driver was still far away. Wow. This place almost brought me to tears. You can just tell right away how involved they are in the community and how much they care about what they do. They had a few signs up about stopping gun violence and also a big spot up front with free bread for the community. The folks that run Ollies are so welcoming and the restaurant has a ton of character. Stopped by while traveling thru the area.I had the whole ribs with a side of baked beans and my wife had the whole chicken with wings and fries. This place has a old school dinner feel. We each had a 24 oz Lemonade. Topped it off with Chess pie. It was a different experience. The service was attentive and our order was correct. Ours was not the same as some other reviews, but your mileage may vary. If you are in the area, you might want to get it a try for your self.
