She swore at me, Lost her temper, and was threatening me.
I have never had an experience this bad at any Wendy's. After placing a mobile order, I had to go through the drive-thru three separate times because my order kept being made incorrectly. The first time I was given the wrong burger. The second time, the replacement still had mayonnaise on it after it wasn't supposed to.

They need to close down ALL the Wendy's at this point. I'm very sure Dave Thomas is rolling over at this point. It's so sad.
They have a nice clean lobby and service is fast with well built Sandy's..would be 5 star if they hadn't said I could only have 5 ketchups for 3 sandwiches
