I would like to recognize two young ladies and the GM at this location. There was an irate customer and they handled it so professionally, it was amazing to see. The young lady, Boo B (with the locs), was extremely professional and pleasant, Even after the customer was rude to her. I came through the drive thru this morning and. Order 2 breakfast combos and the 2 for 3 and missing 2 of my potatoes I try calling the store but no answer. I always go to this one on Gest street and this is the 1st time this ever

I was the 5th person in line to order a large frosty to go. My total time in waiting was 18 minutes. The frosty handed to me had a large void at the bottom probably ¼ of the cup. No thank you, not even for helping their food cost. ?
