I typically enjoy the breakfast sandwich when I have time to use the drive-thru.. But it’s incredible awkward and irritating being asked EVERY time to leave a tip. Just happened again this morning, and I just think to myself.. I love brueggers products but every time I go through the drive through they ask for a tip while they’ve still got my card. Very awkward, especially when they phrase it “it’s suggesting between $1 and $10 for a tip.”

I enjoy this place. This IS my go to bagel spot. BUT, i do have to spend some extra time on occasion and kind of retrain the staff to what my opinion of a toasted bagel is. Unwrapping a cold "toasted bagel" isn't awesome.
