I enjoy this place. This IS my go to bagel spot. BUT, i do have to spend some extra time on occasion and kind of retrain the staff to what my opinion of a toasted bagel is. Unwrapping a cold "toasted bagel" isn't awesome.

While ordering through the drive thru, before even receiving my food I was asked how much I'd like to tip. Not "would you like to tip" it was "how much would you like to tip?" I'll never be back. It's a DRIVE THRU!

I typically enjoy the breakfast sandwich when I have time to use the drive-thru.. But it’s incredible awkward and irritating being asked EVERY time to leave a tip. Just happened again this morning, and I just think to myself.. DOES THIS ESTABLISHMENT NOT PAY YOU?!?And I thinks it’s silly to think someone should say an amount and then they punch in the tip amount themselves on my card.I’ve noticed..They say good morning, and ask how I’m doing then immediately follows the tip question. I abruptly say no.. then….. they’re not so chopper lol

I love brueggers products but every time I go through the drive through they ask for a tip while they’ve still got my card. Very awkward, especially when they phrase it “it’s suggesting between $1 and $10 for a tip.”

Every single time I go through the drive-thru they ask me point blank for a tip. Management should pay their hourly rate. I will absolutely not tip on a drive-thru. YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. Management quit telling these people to do that. I would pick up a bagel 2x a week but then I remember the asshole feeling I have to get every time I have to say no to a tip on a 6 dollar total via drive thru. The people are sick and tired of iPad tips, asking for tips, etc. just pay your people and you'd have more costumers.

Worst breugers location. Manager is an obnoxious woman who acts bothered to assist when an order is completely wrong. Bad management makes a bad restaurant. Hire someone who cares about the job.
The staff was wonderful and the food was good. The only issue was that the bagel ovens were down and had been for several weeks. Bagel choices were limited to two flavors.I’d go back! The lunch sandwiches were just as ordered!

Once again this location disappoints. Oven not working so they were bringing bags of bagels from other locations. Bagels were not fresh. Person at the cash register had issues with the register. Unmotivated employees. Brueggers used to be so good. Not anymore.

I enjoy Brueggers. This particular location this morning gave me a coffee w a teaspoon of coffee grounds inside and then a lovely “side of cream cheese” with a broken piece of someone else’s bagel inside my container. Certainly not my everything bagel. It was a chewed up dark piece of bagel. I’m pretty surprised.

I used to go to this location every weekend for my usual. Then about a year ago, they started asking to be tipped when I would go the drive thru. Now, I'm not against tipping, I used to make my living off of it but never in my wildest dream would I ever have put people on the spot, asked them for a tip and then add even more pressure by suggesting the amount?!?! I thought it was just me who was severely turned off by it but last summer by the pool, someone brought it up and my whole condo seems to have had the same experience at this location and we all found it bothersome (it's right down the street for us so we all used to go there). I stopped going but was craving my usual so decided to go today- new person but same thing happening. My face when asked clearly showed how uncomfortable I was with the ask but she hammered down and provided a suggested range for me to choose from. That's just ridiculous. I did tip but I got the feeling I rubbed her the wrong way but who knows if that's the reason why this time I have only one piece of bacon on my sandwich that I added bacon to.... Very uncomfortable and off putting. Going to give this place a rest again until they get it together.

!!!!!QUIT ASKING IF I WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE A TIP IN DRIVE THROUGH TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!Food is good but 9/10 times they are out of half the bagels somehow at like 10 am so I never get what I actually order .
