Came in today to get some bagels and stood at the counter for 15 minutes while they attended to online orders. Finally walked out empty handed. Should have went literally anywhere else.

Through the years, this location has been very hit or miss. But since Marcus has been here, they have consistently had great customer service and food! He is always so sweet to my 2 young kids. Service is so much faster now, and all the employees seem happier. Well done, Marcus!!

A bagel shop that apparently rations cream cheese. I thought the first half of my bagel was ridiculously light but this second half was a troll job. I can’t imagine that this was a serious attempt to apply cream cheese. I got trolled so be warned that this place may do the same to you. On the bright side, if you love bagels but hate cream cheese, this may be your spot.

The most unmotivated staff of any restaurant I've visited. They clearly didn't want to be there. They were out of onion bagels and many others. Floors were dirty. Garbage cans overflowing. Unless you're really hard pressed for a bagel, I would suggest going elsewhere.

They have great bagels, a nice staff that does a great job of making every order perfectly. I ordered the Salmon Signature Sandwich with Avocado($9.59) and one side of Hashbrown($1.79). Janelle made my order and it was the best bagel sandwich I have had in a long time.
You are never open until 2 or 1 p.m. I have tried to visit this location and Blue Ash multiple times and neither location is open after 1.

This place is extremely slow! THEY NEVER have orders prepared on time and are ALWAYS BEHIND.The employees are incoherent,most of them appear unshowered or poor hygiene and the place is dirty.Terrible experience and not sure how they remain open for business.Thnx,E

Terrible customer service! Ordered this at the time on the receipt and went to p/u when it said it was ready. Arrived around 10:30 and order hadn't been started. I ordered ahead intentionally and was obviously upset that it hadn't been started. At no time was an apology given, it was just a bunch of LAME excuses about Door Dash... please note time on receipt... I don't think the problem lies with Door Dash.

The service was OK and the bagels aren't bad. They are definitely not as good as the bagel in NYC though! These taste about the same os the ones you buy in the grocery, so not bad, but not great.
