Bruegger's Bagels is a restaurant known for its wonderful employees, including Marcus and Janelle, who provide great customer service and make every order perfectly. The staff is nice, friendly, and fast, creating a pleasant atmosphere for customers. However, some customers have found the bagels to be small, doughy, and sometimes oddly cut. Despite this, the Salmon Signature Sandwich with Avocado is praised as one of the best bagel sandwiches. The restaurant can be hit or miss, but when it's good, it's very good.
