I never been here before and placed an online order. I showed up to pick it up and the staff couldn''t understand my name so I spelled it out for them. They handed me the wrong order with my name on it. They couldn't understand English well so I showed them the order from my phone. I am not sure what they were doing but I told them I couldn't wait and don't understand. After 10 min they brought me my order and I left. After opening it was still completely wrong, but I tried it anyway. They quality of ingredients was very poor(didn't expect much from a chain). Was just an awful experience unfortunately .

Hands down the worst steak bowl I’ve ever received from any Bubbakoos or a similar concept (i.e Chipotle). I used Uber Eats and it’s one thing if they’re out of the protein I ordered but that wasn’t the case here. It was as if every burnt piece of steak they had in the establishment they put into my bowl with zero hesitation. Won’t be ordering Bubbakoos from any location again. If the staff doesn’t want to do the bare minimum then I see no reason to order from this location or any other.

One of me and my families favorite places. Nice portion size. Everything we have tried is really good.
We usually love coming here, but the past few times the quality has not been great. Tonight my quesadilla barely had any chicken or cheese in it, my daughter's burrito had so much cilantro in it she couldn't eat it, and my husband's bowl had very few pieces of meat. We will have to try another place unfortunately.

We ordered dinner here. Doordash driver did not pick up the second bag of our order. Upon calling the store, they immediately sent someone to delivery the missed item, as well as including a small treat in the bag. The staff here always go the extra mile.

The food was bland. The portions were huge.
The steak was a solid frozen block of shredded meat. It goes on the flat top without any oil or seasoning. The rice was mushy and seasoned only with salt. The beans also were seasoned only with salt, and tasted like generic store brand canned beans.
They stock a large variety of bottled hot sauces in addition to their own finishing sauces. They also have hot and mild salsa.
Sadly none of the sauces made up for a complete lack of flavor in the bulk of the burrito.
Combo of Steak burrito + small fries + drink came to $18. It wasn’t worth it.

The food is so delicious and the customers service is amazing, door dash delivered the wrong food I went ahead and called the store for a refund and to let them know the order was mixed. They offered to make my food for pickup and when I told them I didn't have a car they personally delivered my food to me!! Absolutely amazing!!
