if I could give this place, zero stars, I would.I ordered 10 chicken wings Asian zing flavor and got a box of cold wings with absolutely no sauce on it. Straight from the fryer into the box. I also found a roach in my celery bag. literally just avoid this location in general.

Location has really went down it's like they hiring anyone to cook they burnt my fried pickles gave me cold chicken overall experience was not good I left feeling upset I spent my money rather than satisfied

We were a little disappointed with the food and atmosphere but we’re very happy with the service. The boneless wings were very small…but the bone-in wings were better. I’ve been to other BWW’s but this one was excessively loud. It was difficult to have a conversation at our table. The kitchen screwed up our order multiple times but our server kept checking on the orders and giving us updated. Ultimately he comped our sodas and one of our wing orders. It was much appreciated. Still decent-tasting food.

We stopped in for dinner after exploring the uptown west campus of UC. Our server, Jye, was super friendly and provided an excellent experience. Food was tasty, but there did seem to be some confusion in the kitchen. Orders didn’t come out exactly as ordered, but the issues were minor.When the tvs switched to March madness, the volume level went up way too much.

Paid $30 bucks for cold wings and fries to have the server never come to the table then ask me if I needed a back massage when I asked for a box. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Had Ethan as our server and had great service and great food, left and walked around a bit and was stopped by Ethan thinking one of us lost our wallet but fortunately it wasn’t ours. He went above and beyond when he didn’t have to and should be given a raise.

Ordered on the app. Walked in to pick up order.. every single server was sitting down at tables on their phones. Nobody was at the pick up counter to greet anybody walking in. So already terrible customer service when you’re not even greeted walking into an establishment… especially if it’s dead and the staff is literally doing nothing but sitting on their phones.Got home with said order and was missing the main portion of my order. Immediately called with no answer the first time, so called again. Finally got an answer and told them I’d come pick up the missed portion of the order since it was my main entree missing.Get there to pick up missed portion of order and I’m waiting….. waiting…. Waiting….. a few others come and go… I’m still waiting…. Finally after 20 minutes I’m told they were waiting on wings entirely…. So while the rest of my food is getting cold at home, I’ve just waited another 30+ minutes for a mess up to be fixed.Coming from a manager in the food industry, there just seems to be no care from anybody at this location. They don’t seem to care when something gets messed up. Like yes they offer to fix it but they aren’t very apologetic about it.Any other location I’ve picked up from goes through the order with me to show me everything is in there and I don’t ask, it’s their protocol… so why is it not practiced at this location to ensure customer satisfaction?On top of all of this… now my diabetic husband is in the hospital because he got food poisoning which caused colitis and sent him into DKA (Diabetic ketoacidosis)…. All because of careless staff and ensuring proper food handling. This is the kind of stuff that gets places shut down. Poor staff. Poor standards. Just poor everything from this location unfortunately. Smh.All we wanted was some decent food but instead got a trip to the ER and the cost that comes with it… how you fixing that one bdubs?! ??‍♀️

Went in to grab 15 wings and wedges (pretty simple). New person couldn't even navigate the home screen and left me waiting for someone who could complete a order, order took 25 minutes, then when I receive my order I only received 14 wings ?. ?. Tried to call to get some sort of something for all my hassle and was left on hold (for now 15 minutes).

They don’t even pay attention to the order and f you order on DoorDash, nearly everything incorrect.Edit/update - I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again today, AGAIN everything was wrong.Wrap was supposed to be no nausea, no tomato- cane with both. Side of chips and salsa and side of sauce didn’t arrive at all.

Went in to get an order with my wife and daughter. No one greeted us and they told us to sit wherever. 20 minutes went past all of the employees where sitting down eating. No one came to take our order. Would give 0 Stars if I could.
