Had Ethan as our server and had great service and great food, left and walked around a bit and was stopped by Ethan thinking one of us lost our wallet but fortunately it wasn’t ours. He went above and beyond when he didn’t have to and should be given a raise.
Ordered on the app. Walked in to pick up order.. every single server was sitting down at tables on their phones. Nobody was at the pick up counter to greet anybody walking in. So already terrible customer service when you’re not even greeted walking into an establishment… especially if it’s dead and the staff is literally doing nothing but sitting on their phones.Got home with said order and was missing the main portion of my order. Takes way too long for the food to come to you. This been a problem with them for years and this location won’t even let you order through the phone which is insane. They have to do
