One of the great things about this cookie company is that it stays open late. The location in Cincinnati by the University stays open until at least 2 AM each night. Perfect for college kids, up late studying, that need a sweet treat. I went there a little bit after midnight so unfortunately, there was not a full selection of cookies available. 10/10 cookies 0/10 service. I order cookies at 12:20 and they arrived at 2:30. The ice cream was melted and I was asleep my the time they arrived. I called twice and each time they said the driver was on their way. Once i got the text that the driver was on their way it was another 45 minutes until they arrived. The service was terrible but the cookies were still good as always.

Visiting my son in Cincinnati and wanted something sweet. Looked this place up to check it out. Hard to find a free parking for just a cookie as that's all I wanted. After driving around a few times decided to pay. IMO, Not worth the trip. Cookie was just "ok". Service was friendly and quick.
