I didn’t even get what I paid for and the cookie cost like 5 dollars

Disappointing. I submitted the order from the internet on Sunday, 2/11. The order said 2-3 day delivery. On 2/14, no cookies arrived. I contacted Insomnia's site. No reply. Their site had locations that did not match the order. The cookies arrived today (2/16). I will not be getting cookies from Insomnia Cookies again. Too man other places to try.

Visiting my son in Cincinnati and wanted something sweet. Looked this place up to check it out. Hard to find a free parking for just a cookie as that's all I wanted. After driving around a few times decided to pay. IMO, Not worth the trip. Cookie was just "ok". Service was friendly and quick.

we ordered a dozen cookies and several of them had hard plastic chunks in them as well as some other cookies had smaller plastic pieces in them that ended up being eaten by several people resulting in injuries of more than one person... called the store and was offered a refund, we chose to have them replaced instead which never showed up. after calling the store again at 12 when they stop delivering, they claimed they didn't have my info to REdeliver and had been trying to call me (they hadn't). conveniently the second i called they were able to find my address, however. we ended up just choosing to refund it but the whole situation was repulsive and literally caused injuries... and no one seemed to really care that much, even if it's not the store locations fault they did not resolve our issue. definitely will not be returning to this location and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't want their throat cut open!!

Do better! When I use doordash my orders are great but every time I go into the store I have a horrible experience and my cookie is so bad not sure why this always happens but it’s ridiculous one time they gave us cookies fresh out the oven and stacked them on top of each other the cookies cooled and stuck together! another time I bought a pint of icecream and two cookies they gave it too me with no bag when I asked for a bag the lady didn’t even attempt to put inside of the bag she slide it onto the counter aggressively it was very poor service. 2 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend unless it’s your last resort for a midnight snack

Every single service worker has an attitude. Cookies were great, but it's not that hard to mess up cookies that come frozen. Stop paying $15 for 6 cookies. If you could get them without the workers copping an attitude or running off to talk to someone, still wouldn't be worth it. Grease all over the box.
The black girl with the braces has a horrible attitude. She needs to be fired. She’s rude, has a stank attitude, and I’m over seeing her at this location.

Usually every time I come service is quick and cookies are soft , warm and fresh! Well not this time!! This girl was super slow and didn’t even know how to make the cookie which without looking at it on her phone… she took forever to make a simple thing! Then I got a confetti cookie which cost more and a m&m cookie ! Just for it to be hard and not even warm anymore !! because by the time she got done with everything they were barely even warm. I ate half of this cookie disaster Waste of 15$. Hopefully they get faster working employees because it’s affecting the service being served ! I’ll still come back cause these cookies are to die for when being ran effectively and efficiently! #BetterThanCrumble
