We ordered take out December 10th. We paid extra for ranch and blue cheese dressing, the Ranch was left out of our order as well as the ranch that was suppose to come with my wifes salad. We called and spoke to a female who then put her manager (I believe his name was Juan) on the phone who said they would credit us $5 back for leaving out what we paid extra for. Checked my credit card statement today to see I was charged in full, no credit. Your manager flat out lied to not have to fix the situation. I am not going to pay for something that wasn't recieved.

Service was excellent...Shivon was a rockstar! Food was good too. We were sat by the door with freezing temps outside at first, but Shivon had no issue getting us out of the cold.

While the service from our server was top-notch, the food delivery was unacceptably slow for what we ordered. The overall ambiance, however, was detrimental to the experience. As is often the case during major games (UC vs. X), one table of drinking patrons dominated the room with constant, vulgar screaming and cussing. There’s a difference between enjoying a game and creating a highly disruptive environment. The lack of managerial action to curb this excessive conduct was a significant failure, and it greatly detracted from our meal.

Service was horrendous. My meal came out wrong, then my French fries were cold, as were my girlfriend’s. Took forever to get our drinks, when we did get them, we didn’t get straws. Another meal took a lot longer to get to the table. Then the waitress went to refill my girlfriend’s water and put sprite in the bottom of it. Not a good experience. Disappointing.

I ordered door dash. Food was good but this is the second time in 2 weeks not receiving my drink. I ordered wings, salad, fries and blueberry lemonade. It wasn't driver because there was no dressing with my salad. I got blue cheese for my wings and I ordered ranch. Please pay attention to the to go orders. A drink costing almost $4 and salad dressing should be with meal.
Be careful eating here if you have a family member on the spectrum. The staff and manager will judge you and try to intimidate you when you call them out on it.

Kinda loud! No sound damping from other guests or the ten TVs. Had the fried shrimp basket. As I will eat fish once in a blue moon. They need to offer cocktails sauce for the shrimp. The tarter sauce wasn't hitting home.

Good fast service. Great selection of beers on tap. update on my last review. I dropped my review by a star because the management is lacking. the front of the store is gross. cigarette butts all over and some trash. kinda shocked management doesn't have someone clean that up. its the first impression of the store!
