The Olive Garden Italian Restaurant offers a mixed experience. Some customers find the service rushed and impersonal, with waitstaff seemingly in a hurry to turn tables. On the other hand, others praise the delicious food, with one customer lamenting that they couldn't eat more. There are, however, positive notes about the service as well, with a server named Kayla standing out for her professionalism and hospitality. In one instance of a late pickup order, the restaurant made up for it by offering a gift card, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. Recent reviews highlight consistent excellent service and delicious food, with many customers eager to return. The staff is described as pleasant, efficient, and professional, making group dining enjoyable. The food, including items like spinach and artichoke dip, is often praised as fantastic and flavorful. The restaurant is also considered kid-friendly and accessible, with handicap parking and ramps. Overall, Olive Garden continues to be a popular spot for good food and friendly service, with many customers having positive experiences every visit.
