Service is exceptional. Food and drinks are very good. Lots of TVs. Easy to talk, not too loud.

Normally this location is good but this was an off night I hope. I ordered the ghost pepper burger no avocado. It came minus everything but cheese and a little spot of sauce. The server looked and took it back, he returned they were out of jalapeños, etc. They should have said in the beginning l.
My wife's burger was super dry.
Potato wedges were good, fries good, the dessert was ok.
There was several kid baseball teams all together, maybe 30. They threw fries, almost hit us, yelling, running around everywhere. It is not the restaurants issue it was the terrible parents but still ruined our experience. Guess a manager cousin have talked to them.
Service was very slow, like 15 minutes before we even received 1st contact from our server. This unplanned group is the reason I hope.

Stopped in for carry out order around 6:00 last night. Place was packed which is great. Service at front desk and kitchen was fast which is great. Problem is that the traditional chicken wings were TINY. I went there because their wings were noticeably larger the BW3 in the past. Not anymore.

My fiance and I had a good experience at Wings and Rings. The traditional wings and onions rings were so good we ate everything! Tyler was an awesome server he checked up on us every minute and made sure everything went well. 10/10 recommended you won't be disappointed .
Joe is one of the best quality servers in the city! Ask for him if it is possible!

THIS BWR, is the BEST "Casual Dining" Restaurant in TOWN. I've NEVER had a food quality issue & I eat there almost weekly. 1 TIME, I ordered a double-patty burger ($4.00 extra) & I got a single, (BIG deal), I called & went back for it & it was waiting for me. Their food QUALITY & cooking process is near-PERFECT, I usually get an order of Rings + a double Burger w/fries & I get TWO full dinners out of like a $28 dollar order & I'm STUFFED.
Wendys .. Freddys, Chipotle, Panera, KFC, McDonalds, BK, High Grain??? You ALL sux ballz!! Compared to BW&Rings, these guys ROCK casual dining & short of Terra, Gilligan's, & other finer dining, NOTHING comes close.
PLEASE give BW&R another try, we NEED this QUALITY Restaurant to survive.
EVERYONE else is ripping off your COSTS & your upset stomach, later that day.

Went in during a slow period and still received poor customer service. I should not have to get my own ketchup bottle from an empty table when you see there is not one on my table.
