I've seen a lot of reviews to suggest this place is going downhill. Food wise, to me, everything is still fine. Customer service wise? Heh. Depends on who's working. Some of the younger workers need an attitude adjustment. I'm sure I sound old, I'm only 39. However, I was brought up to be respectful. This place started with great folks and great service. Unfortunately the service has dropped drastically. I ordered the city sampler and had to explain why the board said was in it to the cashier. Then I asked for corn bread and she said it was included but charged me $3.19 for it (the board says 2.99 and my sampler said 2 sides. I ordered online for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. My order included the brisket mac n cheese and the brisket chilli. When I arrived to pick them up I had to repeat my name a few times for them to identify my order sitting on the back “pig n go” counter. It was not being kept warm at all.
