City BBq in McDonough needs help. They never have anything. They are constantly running out of items. They staff doesn’t listen to the orders being placed. And today I received some burnt dry Mac!!

I ordered for delivery online at city bbq. I spent a lot of money on a large order. Food was never delivered although it was reported as such. Called the number on my confirmation email…which is the number for the city bbq store. The answer from the employee and manager was “that’s a door dash problem”. I did not place the order through door dash. I did not have any information about an order number or customer service number for door dash. City bbq put me on hold for 25 min. If they offer delivery through their website and accept payment from their website they damn well better have recourse for delivery problems. I was told they couldn’t refund my money or do anything about the fact the food was delivered. Guess I’ll have to call corporate tomorrow to see how to have this handled.Update:After I posted this review the manager did call me back and said the general manager would call me tomorrow to resolve the issue.

Food here is awesome. I got the 1/2 chicken with BBQ sauce. The Brush Fire BBQ sauce is awesome. Also the salad with ranch dressing is the best around.
Great food clean environment staff was really great and friendly.Parking: Parking was great and easy to find a place to park

2.8 to 3 out of 5. The chicken was good, pulled pork was decent, brisket was dry, chewy and felt microwaved. mac and cheese wasn't good, baked beans were pretty decent, potatoe salad is okay, but not good. Overall, it was dinner and good enough lol but definitely not going back, nor would I recommend.

Holy mackerel. The half chicken came cold and when I asked the counter person if they could possibly microwave it she said “no.” Then she proceeded to tell me that since I pulled the leg off (which is how I knew it was cold) she couldn’t put it in the “hot box.” So, it’s my fault we ate cold chicken? Huge fail City Barbeque. Serve it hot snd NEVER blame the customer when you fail.

It has been a while since I ordered City Barbecue Kenwood. I was in Finneytown Thursday evening, so I decided to order from the Winton Road location. I was so disappointed. The ribs tasted like oven baked and were very salty. The greens were spicy and too much vinegar. The baked beans were okay. The employees were friendly. I don't know if I will ever go back to this location.
