Literally the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been too. Extremely slow. Took 16 minutes to take our order through the drive thru and that was after I ask her if she forgot about me. Then took an additional 11 mins to get 2 whoppers with cheese. Will never come to this location ever again. Sad, I would have dined in and ate at Bob Evans next door to them faster.

Where's the beef? I'm glad I got two sandwiches so I could put them together to feel like I had a sandwich. The meat tasted fake and dry. It will be awhile before I try the burgers again. My husband said the nuggets are better than cardboard.

I am really blown away by the amazing customer service I received today! It made me feel like it was 1995 again when going above and beyond was actually a thing. I had just downloaded the app and ordered a meal that had a promotional code. The young lady working drive thru couldn't get the code to work but I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me and asked me to pull ahead and she would have her manager look at it. By the time I pulled up to the window the manager was handing me my drink, no questions or even conversation about the code not working. Everyone was all smiles and really happy to do whatever they could to get what I wanted and keep me happy. I haven't experienced this in so long that I was prepared to have to battle it out when I pulled up and it was a very nice suprise when I didn't need to. Food was fresh and tasted great. Its amazing how much easier things can be when someone goes out their way to just be nice. I wish it was like this everywhere still. It would be a much better place. Thanks a bunch for the great experience and positivity. I plan to pass it on.
