The manager needs to get retrained. They were having a rush and the manager was telling customers they have to wait because no one wants to work, instead of managing her staff.Your food is usually good but I feel sorry for the workers getting paid peanuts to deal with all that stress.Do better.

We had manager MARY take our order and she was very attentive and friendly. My order was fresh and correct, which doesn't happen at my local location. The store was clean and drinks were stocked.

I went through drive thru and order my food. I used a coupon code for the two small whopper meals. Kurtis was extremely rude and yelled at me to give him the code. Side note; he had just asked what my drinks were going to be. So I was waiting for him to ring them in before I just gave him the code. I will never go back. I should have learned months ago, that the staff there is rude. I suggest to make a trip to a different location if you live in the Eastgate area or just simply go to one of the other multiple fast food restaurants near by.

Placed an order for 2 adults and 2 kids .. waited almost 25 min and food still was not ready … while waiting I watched several different employees open sandwich wrappers of already made sandwiches and remove and add toppings … the drive thru and inside counter had no idea which food went where … by far the worst experience with Burger King ever… I won’t even begin to comment on the unsanitary conditions!!!! After 5 different employees touched all the other food , I requested a refund.. I do not recommend this location to anybody… gotta be better BK

They cannot get an order correct to save their lives. Things are always wrong or missing! Not to mention the food is NEVER HOT, let alone WARM. I'm done going to the Eastgate location and will only eat from the Beechmont location.

Food was sloppy and when I complained the manager I guess she was (not much of one either) obviously took offense and took the tray out of my hand and threw the entire tray into the garbage. Before I left Mary, I later found out her name and she was the GM. Was outside with her employees complaining about the customers and smoking. I gagged on the smoke on the way out to my car.I even went so far as to find out who Mary's boss was Tom. I got his number but of course he wouldn't talk to me.Do yourself a favor and stay away from 1189 Ohio pike. They do not cater to their customers. Only their employees.

Horrible customer service always serve cold food and makes you wait at the speaker for 30-35 minutes before they even take your order. And the store on the inside is gross and they always have flies in the store. The bathrooms smell like cigarette smoke. And I've seen a few employees sneezing and coughing without them washing their hands. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

They only had 3 workers and in the 20+ mins I waited for 4 burgers and 2 fries (all cold by the way) they had 5 people come in store from the drive thru and complain about wrong order items/ missing food. I felt real bad for the one gentleman cooking the food because the two upfront( drive thru/front counter were doing horrible call-outs to him and putting the blame on him. Overall I give this place a one star ⭐ rating.
