I really dig this place. I appreciate their efforts to host live music, particularly live jazz. The Lounge Sessions happen every Monday night. It's a jam that has been very well attended each time I've gone. The house band plays a set up front, which is usually pretty incredible. There is a full bar and plenty of seating for when you're not sitting in to play. Liberty Exhibition Hall is the perfect place for an eclectic community to find a home in celebrating the arts. They host a variety of events throughout the week. I'm excited to see what they'll offer next.

What a cool space in the ever-awesome Northside! Hubby and I went to a Saturday night sketch comedy performance last weekend for the first time. We had no problem finding nearby parking (free street parking!). The space was pretty cool. As you enter, immediately on your left are steps leading up. You buy your tickets there (and return at intermission for refreshments) and then head back down a different set of steps to the performance space. To the right of the audience is a bar. They use this space to run run sound and lights. The show was only an hour and a half long and we thought it had some great talent and good laughs!

A beautiful space with two areas for theaters. Gorgeous. Great plays and acting. Good acoustics. Nice bar area and restrooms.
