Horrible. I called 20 times. The phone kept going to their fax machine. I inform James that my ticket order 123 order FISH, not chicken. Slightly confrontational, said it was fish. I told James several times its chicken. I live 10 miles away but I will return the food at his request. AMAZING, I don't know the difference between chicken and fish, lol

I really wanted to enjoy my visit to Captain D’s, but unfortunately, it was disappointing. The chicken tenders I ordered were dry, overcooked, and lacked flavor. I was hoping the sides might make up for it, but they were just okay—not enough to save the meal.The fries were bland, the fruit punch taste like it was pure concentrate, and the macaroni and cheese was bland and extremely watery. The mone spent was wasted.
I don’t enjoy leaving negative feedback, but I hope this review encourages the team to improve both the food quality and attention to detail in cleanliness. Captain D’s has potential, but this visit fell far short of expectations.

Manager lady has been there so long that she is comfortable with being blatantly rude.. took two drive thru orders before I asked can someone take my order.. loud cursing music.. overpriced dry food.. never again!
Parking lot full of potholes. Guys begging at the entrance door. Doors locked. Says ring bell for pickup. No answer. Carefully drove thru the drive thru and got my order. Most of my order was missing
