My wife and eat here maybe twice a month. I appreciate how well the restaurant is run for a fast food place. So far I’ve never had a bad experience here. The food is always hot and tasty. They are great at moving people through with their orders without making you feel rushed. My wife and I have both worked in the fast food industry which gives me a greater appreciation how well this restaurant is run. This is my typical experience with this franchise at other locations as well.

I ordered 30 piece nuggets and Mac and cheese. The service was Great, the wait staff was on top of it, and the Atmosphere was Awesome. A very special place to grab a meal on the go and get it right !

Every time I come to this location, it is phenomenal service. All of the employees seem very well trained. They seem happy and they always thank you for purchasing your food. Also there’s never a mistake and sometimes I come through the drive-through with a pretty big order and still no mistakes. The food is always hot, fresh and good quality. Don’t let the long line for you because it moves fast. I wish other fast food restaurants could get on the bandwagon. I’d say they have become very good at creating a great customer service experience.
We went through the drive-thru and got hashbrowns. When I saw they were half full, I went in, and they happily replaced them no problem! 👌

Promise Bragg
The BEST Chick we have ever been in. We visited on travel to the Queen B Race. All women employees were on shift. :) <3 All staff VERY well dressed and maintained. We were treated not as customers but as friends; coming to a friend’s house to eat. The overall, Aurora was Magnificent. The Entire Store’s bathroom(s), lobby, working areas, and outside areas were all extremely clean. This is the first time I’ve saw automated trash bins. SUPER BONUS. This Store is where the overall customer Satisfaction is truly taking into personal consideration. We applaud this store and still continue to rave how wonderful our experience was. Continue to these wonderful hardworking employees well!
