As a Dasher I really love just being stared at by literally every employee in the store and not one asking me if I'm there for an order, same as you happens if I'm not a dash or just placing a normal online pickup, my favorite part is standing there for nearly 10 minutes and then they just grab my food that has been sitting there for 10 minutes

My family loves Chick fil a for multiple reasons. 1. The staff is always friendly & polite. In the past, when my youngest was a toddler, they were patient when she had to order her own food. 2. Only twice in the many years I have been going have they messed my order. Both times, the mistake was easily corrected.The food is always hot when they give me my order. Doesn't matter what you get, it is delicious.With that being said, here are a few things that should be known. The wait time during lunch & dinner rush is long. Even if you order from their app & do pick up. There have been times when I didn't beat the rush & end up waiting 30 -40 minutes. There have been improvements made where they have remodeled the drive-through area & it has helped. Still, if you go during those hours, be prepared.Parking: Their parking lot can get full during lunch and dinner hours. I have seen families park in the Meijer parking lot & walk over to chick fil a.
The food was great and the service was friendly. But the drive-through is weird! I had not been here in years, and I was very confused. I don't know how I feel about the staff members having to stand outside just to take orders. It rained all day, and while they do have an awning with heat for them, it just doesn't make sense to me to subject their team members to those kinds of conditions if it's not really necessary. It just doesn't look good for the brand to me, but that is just my opinion. I certainly wouldn't want to work there.

Love Chik-Fil-A but they’ve left food out of 2 orders in a row now and the mobile app has no way to claim the issue and even get your money back. Hangry and frustrated.

Shower than normal but nobody was outside taking orders this go around. NBD as the food was still good.
Drive thru, and it was busy but moved extremely well. Fast and orders were correct. Did not like the lettuce, it was dark and not appealing. However, chicken well cooked.
Stopped in the lobby to get a to go order of biscuit sandwich and 8 ct nugget. after stood there for 15 minutes. That is a bit excessive Decided to get a refund. Don't go inside if you're in a hurry! Absolutely horrible for being in and out!
