“This was my initial visit to the establishment. I opted for a sandwich combo, which featured a sandwich that was quite flavorful, although it was excessively oily. I am uncertain if there is an option to request minimal or no oil, but the oil content was almost overwhelming, to the point where I considered not consuming it. Conversely, the fries were exceptional and cooked to perfection. I would recommend requesting a lighter application of oil for those who prefer a less greasy sandwich. I also ordered a salad with chicken salad topping, which unfortunately was overly salty. I would not recommend this option, as the saltiness was overwhelming, even when mixed with the salad. The chicken tenders, on the other hand, were far superior.“

“The food is incredibly delicious! You’ll crave it once you taste it. 🥰 The only issue is that they go through new staff like water and don’t seem to treat them well or provide the necessary training.

I have visited this store for three years so I know I have had enough time to evaluate— you will always have delicious food 🥘 staff may be new and improperly trained.“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

“A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

“The city bird OTR location is good. Location is nice when you're hanging out in OTR. The building is really small and can get quite crowded during a rush, but otherwise the food is great, the staff has always been kind even when its hard to hear in there. The lemon thyme sandwich and the seasonal teas are always fire!“

“My children and I love going to this Chick-fil-A. They are beyond accommodating; especially with my Son's food allergies. They will give grilled chicken nuggets to my Son who has food allergies so that he too can enjoy and I don't have to make multiple food stops. This is beyond appreciated. Highly recommend to all!!“

“Excellent service. The employees were very kind. The cook handed me a gizzard when I asked if they are salty. When I asked for a sweet tea, the other employee asked me how much ice I want in the cup. I bought the 3 strip combo meal with an extra strip, The bonsai sauce, and coleslaw. Bonsai sauce is like no sauce I've ever had. It was good, borderline too swt, but I used it all. The coleslaw was awesome. The sweet tea was pretty good. Thankyou!“

“Big fan of Chick-fil-A but as I traveled around 5,000 miles this summer I’m various trips and visited a few chick Fila’s across the country I realized the Oakley Chick-fil-A has very small chicken patties for breakfast and other meals. I was shook in Erie when an actually thick plump patty was on my sandwich. I’m not sure what may make one Chick-fil-A have tiny pieces of chicken on sandwiches as opposed to one that doesn’t but just something I noticed in my travels.“

“This is my 3rd horrible experience at this location. Anyone who's been to this location, knows once you're in line, you can't get out. I waited 30 minutes! they are always slow as molasses. get to the window to order and the girl tells me their out of chicken nuggets, that they're all frozen. I said well can't you put them un the friar and make them??? "ummm noooo sorry. But we have everything else." So I ordered tenders(which weren't crispy and cooked fully, like they should be.) and tell her I need alot of ranch, ketchup and buffalo. I finally go to get my food and 2 packets of buffalo, 3 ranches and 2 ketchup for 2 chicken tender meals with fries. This place is a joke, and this time I'm requesting my money back. 30 minutes I wasted in line, to not even get what I wanted and told them. I'm officially done with chick fil a.“

“I came in today with my service dog in training, and it was amazing! Everything tasted great. Fries were fresh, tea was perfectly sweet, and refills were prompt! The kind lady at the front, Lily, was so sweet and bubbly! She even held the door open for me on the way out because my hands were full! 10/10“

“Food is delicious & is served by efficient, polite, cheerful employees - consistently. Napkins, utensils, condiments, etc. are never forgotten.

The employees who take orders from drive-thru customers need more training on moving cars through the line. On a recent visit the outside order takers didn't move cars forward (there was enough room for 6-7 cars to move up in line) while the other line was completely empty.“
