I hate to make a snark review because I know impactful it can be on management, I want to say first, the new general manager was very sweet and kind and tried to do her best at solving our problem. We frequent this location regularly, like 2-3 times a week for lunch or dinner with our kids. The atmosphere is typical Chili's. I visited the Princeton Rd location about 3 weeks ago and had a near flawless experience. The food and the service were both 5 out of 5. Today my group from the Y visited the Symmes location. The 3 for me deal was still awesome, but the service (although not bad) was not as good. My burger, this time, was not as juicy and flavorful as the last time. Still well worth the $10.99 price point for chips, burger, fries, and drink included.
The food was fabulous. The service started out fine. It ended up horrible. I was in a little section where there were 4 or 5 other tables of patrons. I was among the first in the area. The waitress was attentive initially. However, as the area accepted more people, her service deteriorated quickly. I understand that more people were coming in.
