My steak dinner was very good, not overly seasoned like some other restaurants. Server was just OK. I'm not a fan of the check out system. We are not fans of having to check yourself out on some devise, and to do a survey while out to dinner with others. Bathroom was not clean.
Had to wait 20 mins with half the restaurant empty. We always liked the white queso and the did away with it. Some yellow cheese now. I ordered it, the waiter didn't tell me till I asked him about it.
I hate to make a snark review because I know impactful it can be on management, I want to say first, the new general manager was very sweet and kind and tried to do her best at solving our problem. We frequent this location regularly, like 2-3 times a week for lunch or dinner with our kids. After sitting for 35+ minutes after ordering with no communication from our server the kids we had at our table became impatient, as time went by still no status on our order when we eventually...
