Every time I go here, you guys always forget my brownie or cookie or hot chocolate, like yesterday I got the bag from my cookie but no cookie :(, I want you guys to double-check everything in the order before giving it to the customer
Starbucks is all about the service and every branch has different employees come and go. This branch over the three years I would say mostly the employees are friendly and awesome. Few high school “maybe” employees have been here before and made stupid things and show disrespect. I have seen both but overall the good ones outweigh.

the employees were professional and you could tell they were working very hard. Despite how busy they were, probably 10 cars in the drive thru and 5 inside, they were so polite and efficient.
