We ordered online, but had to wait about 15 minutes longwr than the scheduled time for pickup. One associate offered free drinks to everyone that was waiting in line for pickups. Overall the food was warm and the drink did help the fact that the food wasn't ready.

This restaurant is the reason I’ll never go to chipotle again. All three items on more order were missing ingredients and had wrong ingredients in them. The burrito was made sloppily, with all of the guac piled into the bottom of the burrito. I hope everyone involved with making it is fired.

Amazing team, who are working hard on New Year's Eve! They had a long line out the door and were moving swiftly and efficiently to get orders completed and help their customers. They werent neglecting safety either, taking the time to sanitize and wash hands to make sure everyone was safe. Will be sure to come again.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY HERE!! First, I ordered 2 chicken bowls for delivery with extra white rice and no beans on both bowls, as well as queso on one. Not only did we not get queso, but one of the bowls had ZERO RICE and black beans!! How do you mess that up that badly?? All the toppings were mixed up between the two bowls too. They had the correct order info on both kids and the bag! Secondly, they have a new operating system where you can’t even talk to them so I couldn’t call to make sure they got the second order correct! It’s absolutely ridiculous, you can’t even talk to anyone who works there!

I started coming here again a couple months ago but I won’t be back after the last couple times I’ve been today they have 3 guys on the line the one with the dreads was fine but the 2 others are at least 40 and honestly they need to find a new job it took 10 mins to get my food done after they did the rice and meat like are u serious? Not only that but they were both bad mouthing customers right in front of a whole line. Ridiculous do better they just had a bunch of good people a couple weeks ago I gave them a compliment not too long ago but it seems they just hire a bunch of ignorant people n mess everything up in that store every time it gets better!

Been here a couple of times and each time they seem to be out of veggies.Staff have no smile and appear to be making fun of guests under their breath. They talked to each other prior to me walking up as though they enjoyed themselves...sad. I love chipotle has a company and has a product but will find another source and not return to this store

Extremely disappointed how this restaurant has gone downhill. But, what made me upset today is that the manager named “Linda”, declined to give me a side of honey with my order. It’s something that I always asked for at every chipotle restaurant that I’ve been to & it’s always happily given. She said “maybe you’ve gotten the item elsewhere but we cannot give you that here because it’s an expensive ingredient”. More like too lazy to grab the item or in an unpleasant mood. I’ll just end up taking my business elsewhere. This place has become very unpleasant.

I gave this location another try due to them always low on stock, and the cleanliness issues... This location will never see me again . I was sick 30 mins after eating my boyfriend was sick the next day. We had to wait for them to cook the chicken . The girl making my food drowned my tacos in hot sauce... Go to a different location.

They do not open at 1045 am. They will maybe unlock the door right before 11 am if you’re lucky. They will never have all of the ingredients, even at the beginning of the day. Today it was no fajita veggies. They will treat you like they despise you and that they’re doing you a massive favor by making your overpriced burrito bowl. This is quite literally the worst Chipotle in Cincinnati. I will drive to any other location before I ever come to this one again. The owner of this franchise should be embarrassed.

Once again, a Chipotle is out of ingredients at 6pm when they close at 11. I’m sorry to say but I will only be going to Chipotle in the suburbs as the ones in certain parts have poor managers who are imbeciles who do know how to manage.
