Once again, a Chipotle is out of ingredients at 6pm when they close at 11. I’m sorry to say but I will only be going to Chipotle in the suburbs as the ones in certain parts have poor managers who are imbeciles who do know how to manage.

I love chipotle - but this location specifically is TRASHHHHH they are always out of something never have the vinegrette! Lines are always dirty and I’ve been going into this location thinking it’ll be better bc it’s closer to where I live and they ALWAYS fail I will literally drive 20 extra min to go to a different location they need to be shut down

They are always out of ingredients almost 100% of the time. One day I was there and they didn't have beef white rice sour cream cheese and the sauteed onions and green peppers forget about it they might as well take that off the menu..... I've had to leave Chipotle before or after getting my order and go to Kroger's to get another piece of steak to go home and cook it and put it on there because they barely had enough for a half of a scoop.........now that's messed up

seems like every time I go there they’re out of something tonight. Topped it all. They’re out of cheese, sour cream vinaigrette on something else but they still charge full price for tacos. I won’t be going back.

The sign on the door says they open at 10:45 they've never open on time it's always after 11:00 and the service is terrible

I'm sure if it is staff or the location hospitality but everytime I step into a Chipotle location, I am never satisfied and i really try to be understanding but I'm just overall disappointed .Today visit. The main item that is advertised is the honey chicken. I walked in and they were out. They told me it is a wait for this. No line. Not super busy so not understanding why we don't have multiple pans ready. Finally it is ready but as I go down the line, now no rice or vegetables and the chips were old and stale. So once again upsetting and the staff is unprepared even for a Saturday. Not sure if manager is there, or maybe short staffed But the lack of urgency and hot and ready service has really gone downhill.
Only rating this due to the service. But understand that it was 30 minutes to closing... Plus my wife was unhappy about being told there was no cheese and paid extra for some other cheese jus to move closer to the register see the full bin of cheese ...question when did all of these restaurants start closing and shutting down 30 minutes prior to the official closing. Time. ..jus a question ?

A few years ago this was one of the best Chipotle's in Cincy. Now I drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to a different location because of how bad this location has become.

The prep areas were absolutely a war zone! No clean tables to sit at, they were out of steak, cheese and ice , had to buy a bottled soft drink. Then as more people kept coming in they also ran out of white rice!!!! I have never seen such chaos at a Chipotle’s before. Won’t be returning to this one. Someone needs to supervise the management at this location! Truly unbelievable

Pee all over the floor. Food all over the floor. My online order was 45 minutes late. Workers on there phone. Wasn’t even busy I could see my food dirtying on the shelf had to tell them to put it in the bag and give it to me.
