Brown haired man with beard and glasses was rude. He yelled at me because I couldn’t hear what he was asking me and he yelled at a friend who waited in line for her pick up order because there is no pick up order sign. Fire that man.

This Location Always Have Attitude Or Just Bad Customer service No matter who’s working a guy told me that I shouldn’t get the quesadilla all because I don’t like it pressed because it burns to the foil I feel that is very rude to tell me what I shouldn’t order

Ordered kids quesadilla, and a small drink with kids chips and queso. Paid over $13.00, waited over 30 minutes in line, for the meat to be over-seasoned and so spicy that I couldn't eat more than 1 bite of the quesadilla, the queso had chunks of raw veggies from people dropping items in it, the small coke had so much ice in it I got about 10 sips of liquid but it was the shining star of my meal! Overall staff was uninterested in greeting or even looking up, I got a whaddya want, and a what else set of responses. The nicest person was the one who could barely speak I actually asked him to raise his voice a decibel or two so I could hear him, because he was so soft-spoken. So food, awful, service, awful, experience over all just disappointing. Do better!

I usually mobile order from this chipotle, but today my app wasn’t working so I just walked up to order my food. I saw 5 separate employees actively ignore me standing there, I waited for about 10 minutes and nobody ever took my order or even acknowledged me, so I walked away. I won’t be trying again

Horrible barely got any food in my order
The service here is horrible. We stood in line for 30 minutes with only 4 customers in front of us. I saw 4 employees working yet only 1 person was actually working. The guy was doing everything. Food was great but service horrible.

Got a food poisoning from this place. Disgusting.
Took about 10 minutes to make 1 order in front of me when I was in line. Proceeded to be rude to me and lie to my face about not having queso after I watched them put it on the online order they made before serving me.

I got a single serving of chicken and the worker put a medium sized scoop in the bowl. When I was getting checked out they charged me $15, and I was super confused and questioned them on it, and they claimed “it looked like you got double meat”. They give out such small proportions that they thought my regular serving of chicken was double lol.
The rest of the scoops of salsas were also way tinier than any other chipotle I’ve ever been to

Thank you Kenwood Chipotle worker for squeezing my burrito as hard you did to leave two imprints on either side. This used to be a reliable chipotle. The only good one left is in Loveland.

The chipotle across the street didn’t have the chipotle chicken ready so I got my wife’s order here. Super nice and friendly. The food food smelled amazing

The employees are ignorant.
Due to this location being very busy in the mall, they do actually have very fresh ingredients that have not been sitting for hours. However, the employees, particularly the black male that works the front counter very often, will blatantly ignore anything you ask him.
I asked x4 for him to add additional lettuce to my bowl. (He only added just slightly more than a pinch.) He continued to ignore me and handed my stuff to the register.
Please keep in mind, I'm not a quiet or small guy. He blatantly ignored my request.
I like this restaurant because of the freshness, but I don't order when he is working the line because he has refused to listen to me the last few trips here.
