The chicken and steak was burnt the lettuce was brown nasty the vegetables looked old like they had been setting out for days the chips for sale the salsa was too spicy overpowered the guacamole and was very grayish Brown looking took my order back up there since I had to deliver it to my work and they would not refund my money would not replace it nothing manager was very rude and nasty

These people are terrible. Cross contamination of food, prep area was absolutely disgusting. Rude employees all around. Every person inside buying food was greeted rudely and rushed. Portions were a joke and you were greeted with an eyeroll and huff if you asked for more as if it came out of their pockets or took more time out of their day. The entire staff need replaced. This is our 4th time dealing with these rude useless people.

The food is good (when its right) and the front door is difficult to get open! My son only likes cheese on his tacos. This causes confusion and difficulties everytime we order in person. Nobody knows how to ring it up and we are typically just charged for chicken tacos. No worries but I find it hard to believe my child is the only child to ever order just cheese on their taco 🤷♀️ When ordering online it is physically impossible to get a cheese only taco. All in all I do enjoy the food from Chipotle... especially the queso!
