Honestly it’s not a bad place overall but I went there many times and they usually mess up our order. Also my brother doesn’t really like many things so we get like 5 things on the side bc he doesn’t eat a lot and we don’t like to put our sauce on the chipotle in case it’s too spicy. Also we get like 4 tacos and 1 veggie bowl and if you think about that’s not a lot of sides. Every once in a while there will be an employee making snarky comments on the side (we pay for it and tip). Today one said something along the lines of wow they are getting guac too. I honestly hate getting chipotle in general bc of this.

We ordered online, were given a 6:50 pick-up time. My husband waited inside for over 30 minutes for a 45$ order. Get home and both of our meals were wrong and missing multiple things. When I went to the help chat that is listed for everyone else that has posted a bad review... They offered me 2 free drinks. No offer to fix or replace our orders. NEVER will I order from Delhi chipotle again.

Quite an impressive free fall the past 7 years. They never have ingredients and 100% of the time give preference to pick up orders.Unreal how far this place has fallen and it is 100% on management.

They were out of several items, the employee doing the 2nd part of the line, tht does everything after ur rice. Even after asking for Extra Extra Sour Cream and Cheese, I STILL had to ask her for more of BOTH, MULTIPLE TIMES, and literally I STILLL ended up having 2 ask 4 a SIDE of sour cream as well! Lol rlly not sure wat her deal was or jus wat lmao but she was NOT tryna give out EXTRA of absolutely ANYTHING! Bahaha ???Kid-friendliness: There's a few things to choose from on the kids menu as far as the food goes for kids. However, as far as the inside of the restaurant being kid friendly, I'd say yes it is, but probably not a place kids would likely REQUEST to go to, like there's no play place or anything of that nature for kids Lol.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wheelchair accessible. Has double glass doors that open outwards, however, there's no button that can be pushed to open them, someone else has to open both of them for the person in the wheelchair.

Update... They must have changed management since my last visit. This time the food was hot, full serving, and the staff was great. Good job Chipotle!When they aren't shorting the customer on meat, their online orders are never ready on time. Expect your online order to take at least 30 minutes more than the time given.
