Multiple things are missing from my order everytime I go to this location. No other chipotle is consistently this bad, hire better employees.

I stopped by this location last Saturday (09-13-2025) about 9:50pm because my son loves burritos, but when I got in the store this girl was cleaning the tortilla press and she just said that they can serve burritos, I don’t know how the manager allowed this we know you have two tortilla press and this was about 70 minutes before they closed, it seems like they don’t want to be there, I agreed with other comments this chipotle sucks.

When I arrived at 6:30pm they said their register system was down and that you had to place the order through the app. My order was in by 6:35pm. Their ordering system was back up by 6:40 pm and dozens of people got in line and received their food before my bowl was out. My order wasn't out until I asked for it from the staff at 6:59 pm. It was made and sitting for in the back over 20 minutes. When I tried it the food was cold.

Had an employee just staring at us where there was a line while he continued to just clean up after they're trying to put all their stuff away early complete. BS asked him if they were closing and he just blew me off.
This review goes to Jessica employee at Westfork. I was given the completely wrong order. My mom went in and asked what we should do about the wrong order asking if we should re-order it or if we should just go to a different location they were very understanding gave me my order completely correct And chips and guac! Love you Jessica!

Veronica and Adan are one of the best employees there. I hope they get a raise. I don't know why my old review was not seen by Google maps but I am writing a new review in hopes of it showing. food is always amazing. Adan always prepares it well and Veronica is always good with customer service. props to this location I don't know why it has bad stars. Braden is always fire on the grill. He gets the food cooked fast

Ordered delivery from here and was highly disappointed. I ordered burritos and they barely had any filling in them. Each bite was filed with tortilla. I ordered sour cream but I guess they skipped it because I couldn’t find any in my burritos and they were very try. I will never waste my money here again.
