I love the food but lately they hiring new people and the doesn't taste the same I have been eating a bowl I got earlier and it's nasty but I paid for it the food taste like the employees are stress on top that this location is very rude they don't greet you they just simple ask you what you want like they tryna rush I will never eat at another chipotle ever again in life their customer service is very poor

I’ve never had any issues at this Chipotle location. The service is reliable, and my orders have always been accurate and ready on time. I love almost all Chipotles, and this one on MLK directly across from University hospital is particularly good. There's a convenient secret parking lot past the building on highland avenue. First right behind the building. It says 15-minute parking, but I've never seen anybody towed. The front door entrance under the sign has four steps and is not handicapped accessible. However, the back door entrance from the secret parking lot has no steps and would be handicapped accessible. The place is pretty tight for a wheelchair, but it would work. The food is fresh and delicious. I like to get a salad with meat on it and my sons love the burritos. They always have delicious strong brew unsweetened and sweetened iced tea available. I like to mix it. This particular Chipotle is super efficient and well run. Even if there's a long line at lunch time from the hospital crowd, they crank it through. I've never waited more than 10 minutes and usually less than 1 minute. There's nice seating both inside and on warmer days outside. The bathrooms are always clean and accessible. If you've got a hankering for some quick, convenient, healthy Mexican food, check out this place.

Just went in and grabbed a burrito. I was notified that they were out of guacamole. No big deal. When I was paying I noticed that the online ordering table had guacamole on the line. I asked if I could buy a side to go with my burrito. Nope! I had to order it online. They refused to sell me guacamole because I had the audacity to actually enter their establishment to order my food.

Typical chipotle. FYI if you've never been here there is parking on the side street in a lot. They do charge extra for the wrap in a bowl, others don't. Usually the line goes pretty quick.

I never received the correct order, and when I did get my food, it was way too salty and practically inedible. On top of that, the portion sizes were smaller than expected, and the overall quality was poor. I’ve given Chipotle multiple chances, but this was the last straw. Terrible service and food—I won’t be coming back.
Our order had bugs crawling all over the lettuce. Disgusting. Didn’t realize until I had already started eating it.

I can’t give below one star but basically I ordered through uber eats yesterday around 4 pm and the food arrive at 4:40. I finished eating at around 5 and before it’s 5:30 I had severe stomach pain and it did not end well. I got food poisoning from the meal. This is not okey.
