1 Star. Quit hiring rude people. The gentleman who greeted us was polite and my wife asked for a kids quesadilla and she requested an extra tortilla and the gentleman said that was fine. A Hispanic lady began cursing in Spanish and was very rude saying we don’t get an extra tortilla and if we did it would cost double. ($10 for a kids meal) only because she wanted an extra tortilla. When I asked if it was going to be charged just the tortilla she just said no. We said forget it and walked out. We won’t be back. Greedy company, disgusting people who can’t be polite and think well just roll over and give them our money. AVOID THIS PLACE!

They messed up my order so I nicely presented them the picture because I am night shift and they are closed around the time I eat.... Cool, this time they didn't put any meat at all and the bowl taste like they added pepper... I never come at people with an attitude, but u can't even be nice and tell people they did something wrong.... Maybe because I don't add a tip? I don't know why they wanted to do me wrong.... Next time I order from them I use a new name, and new account... They might have it in for me

Used to be one of best locations in the city! Im not sure if its the economy or what. There was ONE person working the line. And even he had to step away leaving no one working. Should've been a 5 minute stop turned 30 minutes 😒
It's a chipotle honestly. No issues with staff or my food whenever I visit. It can get busy since it is by the hospital and college, but it hasn't been a problem for me.

why is it every time I come here they are out of items??? no veggies, no salad dressing, no lettuce, no shells! how hard is it for management to order the correct amount of food or for employees to restock items during dinner time???? so done with chipotle and it's such a shame

Ate here today on 6/20/2026 had the honey chicken a few minutes after my stomach hurts so bad I believe I had food poising there were pieces of uncooked chicken I let them know through the app I ordered rice absolutely no flavor I’m not sure what is going but I’m at work stomach is hurting literally I’ll never go back here
