The girl serving in the front extremely rude. 12:05pm on Sunday 7th September. We here to buy food that type of disrespect should be unacceptable for buying costumer.

ROACHES IN MY FOOD!!! i would do zero stars if it was an option. this is disgusting and not acceptable. gonna get my boys at the health department and shut em down. worker said they would give me a refund, and the manager under his breath said “don’t ever tell them we will give them a refund.” say that again and the cash register is getting punted off the counter.

The workers are rude. The food is all out of stock and they wont replenish it. The sour cream looked crusty. This was at 6pm on a Tuesday in August. Not a end of the night type situation and only 2-3 other customers in the store not super busy.

PLACE JUST DIRTY!!! From parking lot to condiment stand and in between the place is just dirty. I love the ingredients but can't get pass the DIRT.

are we serious. i paid $19 on door dash for a bowl that’s no were near filled goodbye

I usually have a great experience, but tonight was different. The young lady on the line tonight was super rude and does not need to be on the line. I was met with an attitude just for asking for a little extra beans. I had to repeat myself three times for cheese and at least two times for corn. She held a straight, unfriendly face the entire time she made my bowl. Don’t fire or reprimand her. Just retrain. Please! I haven't tasted my food yet, but it has been consistently good lately.

The portion sizes are way too small for the price. Other Chipotles always put adequate portions in the bowl and it’s never a complication. I don’t understand the logic at this chipotle location. Last time going here.

Awful service and now they’re even cutting the portion sizes in half while charging full price. What a scam.

This July 4th I'm sick and having a hard time and the crew in there today just served me the best bowl I've had in years. They better be getting time and half today, give them a bonus too, that thing saved my ass today ❤️

My bowls and burritos are never halfway full 🙂‍↔️

First off, let me start by saying the smell that hits you in your face when you walk in is absolutely terrible. Another thing my chicken was not cooked all the way through. It had no char on it as you expect from chipotle chicken, and it was pieces that you couldn’t bite all the way through due to the meat not being raw and not cooked properly. It was also a guy upfront after I was done paying that kept pushing my tray to me almost pushing it off the counter. It got worse as I went to go get my drink. I was met with a mildew foul, musty smell. This is hands-down one of the worst chipotles I’ve been to .Side note it was no seasoning on the chicken no cilantro, no lime nothing. I spent $20 for pure garbage.

This location will short you on the serving size they got us twice in a row not coming back here again. The dining area is dirty too. Only one measly spoonful of rice

I always order using the app and never had a problem. Food always waiting for me to arrive.
