Why are you letting people stand outside your store asking for donations that start at a minimum of $30 charged to a credit card outside your store? That's almost 4x the cost of a burrito. Not classy. I don't want to be haggled during lunch and feel like an asshole if I don't donate.

The staff just walked away when there were people waiting at the counter. I had already gotten my food, so it didn't affect me, but odd to see people waiting to get food and no employee to help them. Though, I did have to grab my own drink cup because the employee at the register didn't give me one. All the utensil cups were empty as well.

Every time I come in after work recently (9pm-10pm) I have the friendliest staff! They always take great care of me and make a delicious meal!! The manager is very funny and does a great job too... He made my day!
