The staff just walked away when there were people waiting at the counter. I had already gotten my food, so it didn't affect me, but odd to see people waiting to get food and no employee to help them. Though, I did have to grab my own drink cup because the employee at the register didn't give me one. All the utensil cups were empty as well.

Every time I come in after work recently (9pm-10pm) I have the friendliest staff! They always take great care of me and make a delicious meal!! The manager is very funny and does a great job too... He made my day!

I eat at a lot of chipotles because of a food allergy. This one has good speed of service, and always get my order correct. But you can definitely tell the GM is trying to get their bonus. One way you know is that they consistently under portion their food compared to every other store in the tri state.
