Churchill's Fine Teas at the Historic Findlay Market, OTR

Great tea store with knowledgeable staff! The selection is vast and quality superb.

We have ordered a wide variety of teas and accessories from Churchill's Fine Teas over the past few months and have never been disappointed. The selection is fantastic, the teas are always wonderful, and the shipping is quick/easy. If anyone is interested in expanding their tea horizons, I would for sure recommend Churchill's. Hopefully we will be able to visit the shop in person once it warms up in Michigan!

I was visiting from the San Francisco Bay Area and stopped in at the Findlay Market store and bought some Lady Grey tea. It was the best Lady Grey I've ever had. If this is your tea, buy some here!! You won't regret it.

I have been going to Churchill Fine teas for over 5 years always the Findlay market location. Due to the great customer service and the owner is always very kind. I went early last Saturday to get maybe 5 or so teas, when I came in I was not greeted just told that they would be with me shortly no other instructions and I waited kindly and patiently. When it was my turn I told the young lady with shorter hair my 5 teas I wanted. You could clearly tell she was overwhelmed annoyed and frustrated. She says to me next time with this many teas you need to use the pad and write them down and I said oh no one’s ever told me to do that I just always telll them. She said it with an attitude. At that point I just completely shut down. I got my teas and went to checkout the young man at the register was very kind and so was the young lady with dark hair who was making the teas. I asked them both was the Madisonville location open on Sundays. They told me yes and I said that’s great that’s where I will have to start going my experience was just not the best today and it was very off. The young man very kindly asked if there was anything that they could do and I politely said no and thanked him. I was so disappointed mainly because I was looking forward to my normal positive shopping experience and none of the regular workers were were working Saturday morning. It was just very unpleasant

I fell in love with a sparkling elderflower loose-leaf tea at a shop in Colorado, only to find out they no longer carried it. After some searching, I was thrilled to discover Churchill’s Tea still had it—and wow, I’m so glad I ordered. It is amazing!

Not only was my tea shipped out quickly, but they also included two thoughtful tea samples based on my order, plus clear directions on how to brew both hot and cold. That extra touch really made my day. You can tell they care about their customers and know their tea.

Highly recommend this company for fellow tea lovers!

Lovely staff, excited to share their knowledge and passion for tea! This location is smaller, but is the perfect spot to pick up a beverage, and some tea to make at home. A wide selection of tea for every unique taste bud. My favorites are the Apple Strudel and Strawberry Lemonade herbal teas. But they will help mix your favorite blends to create something new or to help any ailment you might have. Grab a tea and take a seat outside at Findlay Market to make it a great day out!

Best place to go in Cincinnati for loose leaf tea. They also offer specialty tea drinks to go. Teapots and other wares are available. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly nice. You can smell samples of all the teas offered and browse tea descriptions in the multiple binders that they have available.

Amazing selection of teas and even more amazing staff!! Sage and Quincy are so enthusiastic, informative, creative, and helpful!
My favorites are Mt. Airy Dreams, Organic Lavender, Gyokuro Matcha, Lavender Earl Grey, and the Mango Mullein!
Always look forward to the next time I get to stop by churchill’s!

Churchill's tea is a phenomenal tea place. If you want to experience a great cup of tea at their place or yours. A must place to stop in. Great selections, and great staff. 5 stats across the board all day every day. 🙌

Great service with a wide array of teas at a great price.

Churchill offers a vast selection of tea leaves, with a wall of tinned samples where you can get a sense of the aroma before making your selection. They also offer freshly brewed hot and cold tea to enjoy on the spot. A haven for any tea enthusiast.

My only suggestion? It'd be great to have a few stools and a counter to hang out and enjoy a mug of tea. We popped in on a rainy day and it would have been nice to have somewhere to hang out for a bit while we enjoyed a mug.
