Cinema OTR is a great bar with a talented DJ, excellent environment, and awesome music. The drinks are really good and strong, making it a nice vibe for parties. The bar plays movies, mostly black films, and offers a good drink selection. It can get pretty crowded, but the staff is great and VIP is accommodating.
