I had 2 issues with today's service. First, when did it become ok to have ear buds in and actively talking on the phone while waiting on customers?? I myself work in customer service and that is a big NO while in public view, if you're not on a break. Second, I didn't appreciate getting part of my order, then have the young lady go to the next person, ring them up AND get their order before completing my order. I have the feeling she almost forgot so I had to ask her for the rest. Please do better. I know in orientation they go over what to do and not do while on the clock.

food is great i love this place. but today (2/18/24), i went in with my mom, i ordered a large lemonade, cinnasweeties and a cookie bon bite. three items total. the girl at the counter with an afro had earbuds in her ear on the phone. my mother orders our three items whilst she’s still on the phone. highly unprofessional in my opinion. but the hard hitter was after we ordered our three items, she then takes the order of a man behind us and gives him his item before completing our order and giving us our food. the man leaves and she didn’t automatically scramble to complete an order that should’ve been already completed. that’s not how you do business. 1/5 - customer service.

This location sucks. Everything in the case was burnt. They did make us fresh pretzels, but had an attitude about it. The cinnamon rolls must have been in the warmer all day, the bottom of them was so hard we couldn't eat it, just had to throw half of it away.

I had to go to a new location because the one in tri-county mall closed down so I stumbled upon this location and boy when I tell you. The customer service was awesome, the food was A+++. It was very clean and the Gooey Cinnabon made it worth the drive. (Coming from Mt healthy area)

Awesome food! Awesome service!
Such wonderfu,l helpful, and personable young men helped us!
Love the Cinnabon, but so much of the coffee. Wish it tastes great!
The pretzels are always delicious and the ice cream is always perfect. Both hit the spot and are high recommended. I line that auntie Anne’s has an app where you can earn points for free stuff
Stopped in for ice cream this afternoon (06/22) and the guy behind the counter was very fun and friendly! Plus, the ice cream was yummy.

The kid who took my order was absolutely wonderful, super friendly and personable. However, I ordered lemonades and they were very watery, not the signature taste at all.
The place isn't clean, three of the four employees there were doing nothing, and the wait took WAY too long to hand me a cup of pretzel nuggets.
The staff was very accommodating! I was excited knowing that there is a location actually in the Cincinnati area. Get your ice cream. Pretzels or cinnamon rolls all in one place!
Dine in area has a bug problem. Swarms of flies will disturb your ability to enjoy your food.
Went here a few weeks ago. I checked upon entering which menus are available as they are readily presented in the showcase. Went to the cashier and asked for an original pretzel nuggets. Then when confirming the order, I asked to add a cinnamon sugar one as well. The boy cashier's immediate response was that they were out of cinnamon ones. He did not look over to the showcase or nothing. I was confused because I just saw it on display not even thirty seconds ago. So I asked if he was sure. He said yes. So I told him I just saw it over there and started walking over to the showcase. He immediately jumped a little and responded 'I said we are out' in a voice that suggested that he was offended I was double checking him. Then his female coworker, who was helping another customer, intervened and confirmed that they did have cinnamon sugar ones. They went back and forth between them for a short while. He seemed taken back and in a quiet voice said 'well it's been out for a while. It's probably stale'. Boy oh boy. If his true concern was that I might have to eat some stale pretzel nuggets, then his first response should have been something along the lines of 'We do have one available but it's been out for a while. So it might be stale. Is that okay with you.' Instead of flat out denying that they have one. Not entirely sure what the boy's true intention was but I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt and simply ask for a better service education of the employees. Female employee handled the situation very well and was much more mature than her coworker.
