City Bird has THE best and only authentic tenders in town. These are still the real deal, tenderloins, the rare and precious piece out of the center of a chicken breast. Other places cut strips from very large tougher chicken breasts and call them "tenders," but they aren't really tenders! City Bird starts with these perfect fresh cuts, brines and spices, dredges and fries, and serves them with your choice of sauces. There's a sauce to suit every taste, but...
Tenders are great and fries are some of the best in the game. However I got a large pack tonight and I swear the fries must have been 6-10 hours old. I don’t think it would even be safe to eat food left out that long. I could have left a fresh order out for 5 hours and still be better off than with what this employee tonight was handing out tonight. Really nasty stuff. Check your order before you leave.
It was my first time here and I really enjoyed the service I got. Oliver helped me and was so polite. The food was really good. I definitely recommend it. Thank you to Oliver for the help with what sauce to choose.
