3 months, and they continue to ignore my messages. They charged me for the wrong thing and there was a problem with my Miso soup. Definitely a company who couldn't care less about customers.
Came in after lunch rush and was greeted with great customer service. Lex did a wonderful job helping me figure out what I wanted and the add ons are a great option if you like veggies.
Fresh food, delicious, and great customer service. Thanks, Lex!

FUSIAN is a popular spot for poke bowls with a clean atmosphere and friendly staff. Customers enjoy the perfectly cooked rice and good quality food. Many visitors appreciate the fresh food and flavorful dishes, with some noting that the sauces contain no added sugar. The staff, including the manager, are attentive and helpful, offering great customer service and assisting with dietary restrictions like allergy-friendly options. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with no stairs, making it easy to navigate. While some have mentioned issues such as loud music and awkwardly cut vegetables, most find the overall experience satisfying. Guests also enjoy the add-ons with plenty of veggies and the option to customize their meals, including build-your-own rolls with various fillings like roasted salmon. Despite minor drawbacks, FUSIAN continues to be a favorite for poke bowl lovers in Cincinnati.
