Condado never disappoints. I got the limited time Buffalo chicken nachos. I got the ranch on the side just in case it was too spicy! She brought out that and an additional sauce to try, since the sauces are not charged for. Lovely waitress and although she was still busy she gave us the time and attention we needed.
Vegetarian options: They have three to four protein choices for those who are vegetarian.

You could pretty much customize to your particular diet and preferences. Service was very good. Order brought quickly. Bright, artsy interior. Had a flight of margaritas as a choice.
