Copa Reviews
Atmosphere has a day party theme, but the food was definitely NOT worth $50. we were the first to get food so the potatoes should not have been hard, no one wants bake chicken thighs with waffles! Although an hour later I saw someone with fried wings, but when I went to get them they were gone! the bacon smelled and tasted piggy, biscuits were hard and the fruit cups had 1 strawberry or 1 slice of an orange, 3 grapes and a piece of pineapple that you would garnish a drink with!
Really great place to be nice vibe and great food. might have to bring the podcast team up there to do a show and a interview
Music was great.. Love the mixture of songs kept me in moment…

Menu
Copa offers a lively day party atmosphere with friendly staff. The brunch menu features items like baked chicken thighs with waffles, bacon, biscuits, and fruit cups, but the quality and pricing have received mixed reviews. Recent customer feedback highlights both positive and negative aspects of the dining experience. The atmosphere and music are praised, but concerns have been raised about the food quality, including issues with cold, old, and stale-tasting dishes. The bottomless mimosas have also been criticized for using cheap products. However, the restaurant has shown flexibility in accommodating dietary needs, such as providing a delicious vegan tofu scramble option. Overall, Copa aims to provide an enjoyable day party experience, though improvements in food quality and pricing may be needed to fully satisfy customers.
