I love finding a hair in my food and not wanting to eat anymore from here. Sitting here not eating with my family. I am glad they let me pay for the rest of my meal. I will not be back

This is the only cracker barrel that I've ever found in this shoe out of I usually eat it the one in Milford but this is my second take or possibly third take on one of Mason since I've been staying locally I wasn't just say while the food quality is usually pretty good here The service not so our server erln the other night was extremely rude had a nasty attitude and every time she brought something to our table it felt like she was slamming it down she was very short in the overall experience was
a little disappointing although she managed to get an almost $10 tip out of myself and my mother-in-law I hope that management has a discussion with her about how to treat guests a little bit more nicer

First of all I took my grandma out for her birthday and they treated us like crap it took 45 minutes for are food come out not a busy night we got are salad and it was ok the pickle fries were worse then the food the chicken was cold and mashed potatoes and the macaroni then the eggs were stale and sausage was not cooked it was pink not great so slow and they didn’t give us any discount on are meal or anything so sad.

No mention of no ice in the restaurant.
Waitress comes over. Takes our drink order (with an attitude). Sets drinks down in front of us — no ice. (So she doesn’t even say anything to us while taking our order)
I say, there is no ice in these drinks. She proceeds to talk me “the ice machine is broken”
We walk out.
On the way out, we run into the GM who is like a deer in headlights. Has NO idea his restaurant is completely out of ice. (Doesn’t seem to care much either)

Rude server, food was cold, biscuits stale. In all fairness we did come in at 8:30 so maybe they were shutting things down.

Got a online pickup order . For blueberry pancakes with ham and a strawberry French toast bake with bacon . The pancakes were rubbery and tasted a little to done for my taste and the bacon was not in the bag when we got home . While waiting I ordered a caramel hot latte. After arriving at home and taking a sip of the " latte" I found it was nothing but a plain black coffee

We got there very excited to try it ( I'm Colombian ) so when I ordered my breakfast I kindly asked for scrambled eggs with tomatoes and onions ( all together) when food came it was plain eggs ( not near scramble ) and topped with tomatoes and onions ( separated). Asked server she stated not nicely "That's the way we serve it). That's so sad , I've been to places they make the request 😕

We love our local Cracker Barrel! We got seated quickly, order taken, drinks arrived and our food came out cooked to order and piping hot in short order. The corn muffins were fresh and our server Ava was a pleasure!

Was a good experience and wasn't so busy but it was still good all the way.
Dietary restrictions: I don't know personally but it looks like they have good amounts of different plates for different restrictions. They also have the calories there as well.
Parking: Lots of spaces avaliable the only complaint about that is i think the to go orders should be put somewhere else. Right in front takes away from customers. Especially when it's winter.
