Came here to have brunch with fellow business professionals. We had a wonderful time. I definitely recommend getting the morrocan smoked wings, they were amazing. I got the business special entree and wasnt a fan of the pork belly bacon as i like crispy bacon. I will definitely be going back!

Second visit, and I will plan for many more. Food was great, the service excellent and pricing reasonable.

Everything was great and Joseph was also fantastic. Highly recommend him as a server. Crown is one of our go to restaurants whenever we want to eat out downtown.

A great brunch menu available Saturdays and Sundays. A large variety of options that were all delicious. I had the burrito and it was fantastic. We will definitely be back. Get the mimosa flight!

Food was fantastic. The ambiance was nice, service was sort of confusing. We had one server take our order and check on us once or twice; he was not very friendly and almost acted annoyed to be there. Another worker who seemed to maybe be a manager came by a few times to check in and was very sweet/attentive. She boxed up our food and brought out our drinks. So we didn’t really know who to tip or how much to tip…? We will definitely go back, though. Food was definitely worth it!

Small place so a bit loud but great energy, service, and food! Loved the everything knots and seasoned butter, burger, fries, and cyan cake. Definitely coming back!

Went after the Thanksgiving Day Parade and it was raining. Good food and drinks. Interesting seating set up but would go back to try something more than the avocado toast, which was good for the amount of food I wanted.

Great food but the acoustics are terrible. When full to talk above the echo chamber is problematic. Clean. Decent pricing. If they add something to manage the noise issue they will be visited more often.

The only reason I’m giving a star at all is because the food was amazing. Shout out to the chefs as that’s the only positive part about this experience. The bartender Sierra is extremely rude and gives hints unfortunately of racism. Sierra completely ignored requests for a drink at the bar to my counterparts - however when a couple came she greeted them right away. We then decided to sit at a high top. Unfortunately , sierra was sent to our table to deliver us our food and she slammed the plates down. When we tried to discuss this with the manager ; it was stated that it’s a busy brunch rush. As a manager myself, customer service is the one of the most valuable parts of running a successful business. I pray they do staff training with sierra to improve her customer interactions so she’s better for future guests. Until this is done ; she needs to be pulled off the floor.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Crown Republic. It all started when my friend (first time customer) was greeted with rude, curt responses from the bartender, Sierra/Ciara who seemed completely uninterested in providing good service. When she brought our food, she almost dropped the plates on the table, as if she couldn’t be bothered to place them properly. It felt like if I hadn’t caught it, the plate would have fell out of her hand and the food would have spilled. The overall lack of care was shocking.

When I brought this up with the manager, the response was just as disappointing. He brushed it off, blaming the busy holiday atmosphere, offering no real solution or apology. It felt like we were being gaslit into thinking our concerns didn’t matter. Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired, especially from a place we used to enjoy. Definitely not what we expected. I expected more noting that this is a restaurant that provides high quality customer service along with great environment and amazing food. Despite the food being great, our experience was not pleasant at all. My friends and I did not feel accepted or heard at all when there when trying to provide feedback to the manager. I am doubtful on if any of us will return.
