If you like bowl style restaurants this place is really good they have a good selection of ingredients and sauces almost double the amount of items as chipotle so many ways to customize your bowl that you are sure to find a way that you will like it’s a little on the pricey side but definitely worth the extra few dollars the manager even helped me with my sauce selection and did a great job I highly recommend this place if you want to change things up a little bit

I get the Mediterranean bowl every time. It always is fast and fair portions. Seems healthier than most of the other restaurants on Beechmont Ave.
Absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Just happened across this new restaurant and am beyond happy that we decided to stop in. Food was very fresh. Everything made from scratch in house. Owner was so genuine and welcoming. 11/10 highly recommended.

Absolutely love this place. Ran into some health problems and started eating this two or three times a week and I lost a third of my body mass granted it wasn't all because of that there were some life changes happening. But the food was amazing the service was great they even made special drinks for me because I was lactose intolerant can't give this place enough props.
