Domino's Pizza in Cincinnati

“I go to the Ohio Pike Domino's for the great carry out deals they send to the Domino's Rewards members. I can't make a large pizza at home for the price they charge on the cart out specials. The pizzas are better than Sam's club or Costco pizzas since you can top them like you want, for about the same price.“

“Not only is our pizzas cooks perfectly, I gave them a 20% tip in cash and you would’ve thought the world stopped. The general manager came out to the parking lot and told me I’m welcome anytime so not only your pizza good but their customer service is absolutely out of this world.“

“I usually don’t give out reviews especially good ones because most restaurants always mess up then give the customer crap; but this Dominos has been pushing hard. My food has been great the last two visits in the past week! My pizza was bomb my wings was good but could have been cooked longer, and my sandwiches hit the spot!“

“Exceptional customer service. I decided to do the undone, get wings from a mid tier pizza joint. However I called in and asked to run them through the oven twice and boy am I glad I did! So much crispier and delish compared to usual sog dog. I think I will even say 3x in the future! When I called in the customer service associate answered promptly in a very kind and helpful fashion. Overall I’m pleased, however the new epic garlic stuffed crust- not so epic after all. Just average, Little Ceasers and Papa John’s does it better 🤷🏽‍♀️“

“Me and my son come up here because it's not far from where we stay we recently got a pasta don't know who made it but it literally had nothing in it

But this young lady that have been making our food and you can tell it's her she will not disappoint you please keep her making the food I literally just got a pizza from there and when I say toppings was all over the pizza that's what it's supposed to look like and the last time me and my son got pasta she made it in the bowl was full we definitely appreciate you keep it up I wish I knew her name I would definitely give her her recognition on here so the managers would know definitely keep her on the food side

“We got carryout/ pickup at this location ( colerain ave by hobby lobby) ...food was hot n fresh... employees were friendly... my hubby liked that u call in order n jys drive around to pickup window n get ur food.... we got the mix n match deals ...the cheesy bread is the bomb 💣 ♡“

This dominoes is incredibly hit and miss. And when it's a hit, it's AWESOME- A truly budget friendly option when one is craving a gut bomb of carbs, seasoning, marinara and cheese. But the seasoning makes SUCH a difference. The pizza crust NEEDS the seasoning. Today was the second order in a row I've received with unseasoned crust.

It tastes like cardboard without the seasoning and I had double checked twice to make sure I had selected seasoned crust on the app. So I did the Karen thing and called to speak with the manager.

Hence the reason for the 5 stars.

Anyone who can politely deal with my pregnant hanger so kindly, remaking the pizza and redilivering pizza with well seasoned crust deserves 5 stars.

“Honestly I was never a Domino's gal. But it's close and they keep sending me coupons so we started ordering from there. My kids mysteriously now like their garlic flavored crust and they didn't when they were toddlers.

I don't see ordering menu items other than pizza but they are decent, not the best in the industry. The pizza is legit and it's always cut and made properly. Folks know what they're doing here.

Don't forget to tip your delivery driver. Also, answer the door ya'll. Don't be rude.“

“Since the President's Day incident, they have been very good about delivering on time and meeting customer needs. Seems like they did a lot of process improvement. Definitely happy with the changes made since my used to be 1 star review was posted.“

“They HAVE A NEW MANAGER! I have had so many issues with this store in the past! The new manager did not come to play! She had the store moving quickly and efficiently. “absolutely the most amazing pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life. I came here super late at night. They were bumping into some 21 Savage and I got my order super quick. I got here like 2 o’clock in the morning the pizzas absolutely excellent highly recommend five stars.“
