Ordered pizza waited 2 hours for food to be delivered and not to us and the driver to add a tip for herself …. On top of that they will not answer the phone to get money back.
Ordered pizza to be delivered at the Cincinnati Hilton- on the same block as the store, pizza still not here over an hour later. We've been charged but no food. Store does not answer their phone. Do not order from them. Order shows as complete. Not sure who they have our pizza to but hope they are enjoying it....
