Ordered a pizza and didn’t receive it until 2 hours later. Pizza was cold by the time it got here. Tried calling and sat on hold for over 30 minutes. Estimated time was 45 minutes.

This dominoes is incredibly hit and miss. And when it's a hit, it's AWESOME- A truly budget friendly option when one is craving a gut bomb of carbs, seasoning, marinara and cheese. But the seasoning makes SUCH a difference. The pizza crust NEEDS the seasoning. Today was the second order in a row I've received with unseasoned crust.
It tastes like cardboard without the seasoning and I had double checked twice to make sure I had selected seasoned crust on the app. So I did the Karen thing and called to speak with the manager.
Hence the reason for the 5 stars.
Anyone who can politely deal with my pregnant hanger so kindly, remaking the pizza and redilivering pizza with well seasoned crust deserves 5 stars.
To the manager on shift 2/9/2025, please accept my apology for being snappy and frustrated over pizza crust. Thank you for your kindness

Our family orders from them on a regular basis. Great value, food is always great. pick up time is excellent. staff is always very friendly. We really enjoy everything.
AMAZING SERVICE!! Very helpful and completely understanding. I placed an order and got it sent to the wrong address and the gm remade my order and sent it out to my correct address with no hesitation . Food was delicious hot and fresh! New management has indefinitely improved the store substantially!!
I had an issue with an order and brought the item back to the store. The gentleman that helped me was very kind, helpful, and apologetic

11/24/2024 - 5:05p. Domino's Delivery Driver from the Delhi location (followed past the store) came up Delhi Pike weaving in and out of traffic with no turn signals. I was going 45mph up the hill (way past the speed limit) and the person passed me on the right, then immediately got into the left lane nearly side swiping me. Totally unacceptable and dangerous!!!
