Delivery guy was amazing. Whomever the female that answered the phone when I called should take a customer service course. Every time I order from here it’s wrong. How hard is it to get this right. I did the ordering myself online. All you have to do is make it.
It's a rainy night in Cincy tonight, so we decided to order in and have a "pizza party" with my kiddo. Pre-ordered online for dinner to be delivered at 5:45. Delivery person was prompt and courteous. Opened our boxes, and whoa....burnt. Like....black bread....how the hell did this even get into the box....burned. Called back and was offered a credit or to remake the order.
